The location for a special holiday and gastronomic experience. The TIKI BAR is located directly in the lido and spoils bathers with small tasty treats and drinks. You can then end your bathing day in culinary style at the EssGut restaurant, which is directly adjacent to the lido and has a beach club atmosphere.
DLRG Ortsgruppe Offenburg e.V.
For more than 60 years, the non-profit association has been committed to guaranteeing safety in and on the water and ensuring this in the long term through fun swimming lessons for children and adolescents. The DLRG supervises bathing at Strandbad Gifiz during the opening times.
Lebenshilfe Offenburg-Oberkirch
Technische Betriebe Offenburg (TBO) and Lebenshilfe Offenburg-Oberkirch have been working together for a number of years to give people with disabilities the chance of finding a job. Strandbad Gifiz is also actively supported by the Lebenshilfe colleagues, who provide cleaning and beach maintenance.

Children over 1 metre in height, pupils, students up to the age of 27, OffenburgCard holders and severely disabled people (min. 50% degree of disability).

The family tariff applies to all single parents or parents with up to three children (up to the age of 18), provided they live in the same household. Families with more than three children can use the family ticket upon presentation of the Landesfamilienpass or the children’s and parent’s ID cards.
